Terms of Services

By placing an order with Prince Graphics Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("customer", "you") agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Offered

We offer custom printing services including but not limited to:

  • Business cards, brochures, flyers, stickers, and packaging
  • Large-format printing (e.g., banners, hoardings)
  • Custom apparel and promotional items
  • Digital design and file setup

2. Order Placement

  • Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, email, or through our office.
  • Final confirmation (artwork approval, quantity, pricing) must be given in writing.
  • No changes will be accepted once an order is in production.

3. Payment Terms

  • 100% advance payment is required unless agreed otherwise.
  • For corporate clients, credit terms may be extended with approval.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, card, or cash.

4. Design & Artwork

  • Customers must ensure that artwork shared is final and print-ready.
  • We are not liable for errors (e.g., spelling mistakes, alignment) in customer-supplied files.
  • If you request design services, we offer 1–2 free revisions; further edits may incur a charge.

5. Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround time depends on order type and quantity.
  • Standard jobs: 2–5 working days after approval and payment.
  • Express jobs may be accepted with extra charges.

Delays due to public holidays, courier disruptions, or external factors are not our responsibility.

6. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery is available via courier or local pickup.
  • We are not responsible for damage or delays caused during shipping.
  • Delivery charges are extra unless stated otherwise.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
  • If there is a printing or quality defect:
    • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • We may offer a reprint or partial refund at our discretion.
  • No refunds for customer errors in artwork, size, or spelling.

8. Intellectual Property

  • You must have the legal right to use all logos, images, or trademarks submitted.
  • We are not liable for copyright issues related to your submitted content.
  • We reserve the right to use sample images of your order for portfolio or marketing (unless you request otherwise).

9. Communication

  • WhatsApp, email, and phone are our primary communication channels.
  • Once you approve artwork and terms in writing, that approval is final.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of business or profit due to delays or errors
  • Printing variations within 5–10% margin (color or alignment)
  • Orders delivered late due to force majeure events

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Mumbai.
